Certified CPA in both Israel and South-Africa and with over 45 years of experience, Jeff is a well-known CPA and Tax Specialist, and is founder of Broide and Co., which provides professional services primarily to the Anglo community in Israel and abroad. Jeff specializes in personal and corporate taxes in Israel, including worldwide reporting, trusts and tax planning. He is a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Professionals).

Batya Levine is a highly qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over a decade of experience at Broide & Co. Since obtaining her degree in Accounting and Information Systems in 2010, Batya has demonstrated exceptional expertise in auditing, financial reporting, tax consulting, and accompanying a diverse range of clients, including companies and non-profit organizations.

Brian Levin is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in auditing, business consulting and financial management. With a career spanning nearly four decades, Brian has established himself as a trusted expert in his field. For the past 16 years, Brian has been an integral part of the Broide team, primarily contributing to the audit department. Prior to joining Broide, Brian served as the Financial Manager at Erroca Ltd. and Einit Ltd., Israel's largest eyewear distributor, for 22 years.

As a dual-certified CPA in South Africa and Israel with two decades of experience living and working in Israel, Bryan brings a diverse skill set across multiple financial roles. From auditing in the dynamic realm of hi-tech to steering financial strategies as a CFO and entrepreneur, he has honed his expertise. Currently specializing in personal tax consultancy, focus extends to individuals, trusts, and navigating complex international tax landscapes. Bryan's approach is rooted in providing personalized tax solutions that align with individual needs, ensuring clients receive sound advice tailored to their unique circumstances.

Chavi is a highly qualified tax consultant with a wealth of experience in delivering comprehensive tax solutions for individuals and companies. With a career dedicated to the field of taxation, Chavi excels in preparing personal reports, asset declarations, and representing clients before tax authorities. She specializes in providing consulting and assistance services tailored to the unique needs of new immigrants, returning residents, and foreign residents conducting activities in Israel and other countries.

Ephraim is an experienced CPA with a diverse background in accounting and finance. Originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa and worked in the diamond industry, where he gained valuable experience. Before making Aliyah to Israel in 1983, he obtained qualification as an Israeli CPA and embarked on a successful career in the field. Ephraim joined Broide & Co. in 1986, focusing on auditing and preparing financial statements for companies and nonprofits, where he honed his skills in ensuring compliance and accuracy. Ephraim later shifted his focus to preparing personal tax returns and asset and liability declarations, demonstrating his adaptability and expertise in tax law and compliance.

Ethan is a dedicated professional with a diverse skill set and a passion for serving clients' needs. Specializing in trust registration and reporting, Ethan brings valuable expertise to the firm. His journey to Israel, coupled with his background in real estate and other businesses, enriches his understanding of clients' needs and challenges. Ethan is a graduate of the University of Michigan, a certified Israeli tour guide and graduate of culinary school.

Gila is an indispensable member of the Broide team, having contributed her expertise and dedication since joining the firm in 1981. With over four decades of experience, Gila brings a wealth of knowledge and a steadfast commitment to excellence to her role. Her continued commitment has played a significant role in the firm's success and growth over the years.

Jeffrey specializes in trust taxation and compliance. With a focus on preparing Israeli tax returns for trusts, Jeffrey excels in registering trusts for their tax obligations in Israel and fostering enduring relationships with all parties involved. Additionally, he provides valuable assistance to clients reporting rental income in Israel and supports international companies in claiming withholding tax exemptions. Jeffrey studied Finance and Economics at the University of Cape Town.

Lisa is our Business Development & Operations Manager with a diverse skill set and a track record of helping businesses develop and grow. With her eclectic combination of skills and experience, Lisa brings valuable insights and strategic thinking to her role. She is known for her collaborative approach, working closely with colleagues to maximize their potential and drive success. Lisa is adept at streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and optimizing workflows to enhance overall business performance. She has a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Since joining Broide in 2019, Nechama delivers high standards in all her endeavors, whether administrative or professional. Combining South African warmth with Israeli dynamism, Nechama is renowned for her reliability and effectiveness, making her an integral part of the Broide team. Residing in Jerusalem, Nechama is completing her bachelor's degree in economics and business management through the Open University.

Selwyn is a chartered accountant with both South African (1972) and Israeli (1987) qualifications. He came on Aliya in 1994 and held senior positions in the financial and Trust administration sphere in Israel until he joined the Broide Trust team in February 2014. Selwyn specializes in financial reporting and Trust Administration.

Tova Pollak is a certified public accountant with almost a decade of experience. Tova specializes in the preparation & analysis of financial statements and tax reports for a wide variety of corporations, including high-tech, real-estate, retail, and industrial companies. Tova also provides tax consulting services for a full range of clients including individuals and non-profit organizations including the preparation of the full spectrum of local tax reporting requirements.

Zeev has been part of the Broide team for over 4 decades and is a brilliant professional with decades of experience in complex audit issues as well as corporate and individual taxation.
